JONATHAN GRANIRER
Senior Analyst
Jonathan is an analyst with years of experience spanning both residential and commercial real estate. Jonathan is responsible for driving analytics, underwriting, and market research for all properties within the IMG portfolio, as well as executing acquisitions and dispositions.
Jonathan comes to us from Forbix Financial. There he spent 3 years overseeing underwriting, property analysis, debt placement, and investor reporting for both internal and external transactions. Through this experience, he has gained expert knowledge in all commercial asset classes, types of financing, and how to maximize return on investment.
Jonathan earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA. In his free time, Jonathan can be found playing guitar and spending time with his German Shepherd, Benji.
Where do you love to go when you're not working?
As soon as it's hot you can always find me in or at a pool.
What skill have you mastered outside your work that might surprise people?
I'm a self-declared master of pan searing steaks.

My top destinations are Japan and the south of France.
