Targeted Returns with a 5-year Hold:
•Average annual cash yield: 6.0% – 8.0%
•Equity multiple: 1.85x – 2.5x

We review hundreds of apartment communities across the United States each year, and only invest in those few that hit our signature IPA targets. All offerings are sold as 506(c) securities to accredited investors.

IRS grants 1031 exchange extension

The IRS has issued guidance extending the 1031 exchange deadlines for real estate owners. IRS Notice 2020-23 provides that any 45-day or 180-day 1031 exchange deadline occurring between April 1 and July 15, is automatically extended to July 15, 2020. Revenue Procedure 2018-58 permits the extension of IRC §1031 exchange deadlines.
