Anne Passagne
Senior Asset Manager
As IMG's Senior Asset Manager, Anne Passagne oversees close to 2,500 units nationally. She motivates and leads at all levels to execute IMG's growth-focused operations and profitable business models.
Anne has extensive experience in multifamily working with some of the country’s largest property management firms. Prior to joining IMG, she served as a team leader at Alliance Residential, the nation's second largest multifamily developer with nearly 130,000 Class A units under management, and Greystar, a global firm with $45 billion in assets. Her diverse background also includes work within the banking/financial trade sector.
Anne managed rental housing portfolios in the greater Bay Area and Silicon Valley markets for over 20 years. She successfully drove asset performance, repositioned portfolios, spearheaded capital projects and building enhancements, and worked in collaboration with statewide due diligence teams. Recognized for her outstanding achievements, Anne was selected for a designated mentorship program and served as a certified professional development coach.
What’s the best place to be when you aren’t working?
My happy place is definitely at the beach—but the sun has to be out. The other best place to be is somewhere I’ve never been before. Exploring new areas makes me feel like I’m on vacation even when it’s a place not far from home.
What activities do you most enjoy outside of work?
Spending time with friends and family (including four legged ones) is what I enjoy most. I also love exploring a variety of different foods and hanging out where there’s live music being played.
What is your favorite TV channel?
When basketball is not on, Food Network channel is probably playing in the background. I’m usually most excited for Chopped or some kind of competitive cooking show.
