IMG Hosts Fourth Annual LA Investor Social

Investors Management Group held a private investor event on June 2, 2022 at the Westlake Yacht Club. Attendees enjoyed live music, complimentary hors d’oeuvres and drinks and an exclusive preview of IMG’s newest investment offerings.

In 2019, IMG premiered a first-of-its-kind event series across its target Sunbelt investment markets. With stops in Atlanta, Charlotte, and Raleigh, the three-day program included tours of eight different apartment communities in the IMG portfolio. Property tours were led by Neil Schimmel, IMG Founder & CEO, offering co-owners and Limited Partner investors a behind-the-scenes look at the sponsor’s signature ‘IPA’ philosophy and the IMG Asset Management team’s results overseeing multi-million dollar CapEx projects.
