IMG Communications Director Receives GlobeSt Influencer Award

Woodland Hills, CA— July 28, 2021— Investors Management Group (“IMG”), a real estate sponsor focused on multifamily assets across a national platform, today announced that Communications Director Julie Flesner was named in the GlobeSt Women to Watch in Commercial Real Estate Class of 2021. For over three decades, GlobeSt Real Estate Forum has recognized highly credentialed CRE professionals for their remarkable achievements in their annual Women of Influence program.

Flesner was selected as an influential leader who is working to position multifamily investment for a more inclusive future. The individuals chosen in this category are rising stars whose accomplishments, ambition and talent have made them standout in their field.

As the Communications Director of IMG, Flesner supports the Investor Relations, Acquisitions, Finance and Asset Management departments to ensure the firm’s network of over 1,500 investor clients and colleagues are well informed. Last year she directed the launch of a new RealPage-IMS investor portal and worked closely with the company’s support and development team to improve the new technology. Her efforts resulted in increased transparency of investment property operations and pandemic impact reporting and opened up participation in CRE investment opportunities via public advertisement and direct, online access to investment properties.
