KEVIN CROOK
Director of Acquisitions & Dispositions
Kevin has overseen $1 billion in transactions for Investors Management Group since joining the team in 2015.
Kevin executes IMG's signature IPA™ buying strategy working closely with the investment committee. He is highly specialized in market research, financial analysis, due diligence and commercial real estate financing. He oversees transitions from acquisitions to asset management, as well as the execution of dispositions.
Prior to joining IMG, Kevin served as Executive Vice President of Acquisitions for Calabasas, California-based REIT Capital. He worked directly with the principals to source off-market opportunities in California and Florida.
Kevin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Advanced Communications from the University of Nevada Las Vegas.

Golfing, enjoying California's beautiful beaches, and spending time with my family.
