JULES FLESNER
Communications Director
Jules’ marketing experience spans 25 years including working with global brands such as Target, Adidas, Nike and Google. With a sharp eye for creative direction, Jules has consistently been recognized as a top performer throughout her career in the areas of information design and fintech product development.
As IMG's Communications Director, she works closely with the Investor Relations, Acquisitions and Asset Management teams to ensure IMG's network of over 1,500 investor clients and colleagues are well informed. Through the development of online investment portal technology, she has helped drive participation in multifamily syndications with a more diverse range of investors than ever before. Recently, Jules was recognized as a "Commercial Real Estate Visionary" by the Los Angeles Times and has also been named one of the "Women to Watch in CRE" by GlobeSt Women of Influence.
Prior to joining IMG, Jules' spent over eight years as a stylist and creative director supporting all phases from pre- to post-production. Constant communication with crew members, department heads, and talent was essential for ensuring that each production ran smoothly.
Jules got her start in commercial real estate working for a prominent owner/developer in downtown Nashville's Gulch district. There, she assisted with everything from tenant leases to planning Nashville business community networking events.
Do you play any musical instruments?
I play piano and occasionally strum a few chords on my Ovation Celebrity and vintage Yamaha red label. I also sing and train as an aerial dance artist.
What skill have you mastered outside of work?
Digging for and identifying Oligocene Period plant species at a fossil bed site in Eastern Oregon’s John Day Basin region.
Do you have any pets?
My rescue cats were street to shelter to Hollywood set. They've been spotted on the Hallmark Channel, Travel Channel and an episode of Real Housewives of Orange County.
