LA Times Taps IMG CFO as a Commercial Real Estate Visionary
Woodland Hills, CA – October 20, 2025 – The Los Angeles Times selected Marc Gordon, Principal, Co-President and CFO of Investors Management Group (IMG), as one of the city’s “Commercial Real Estate Visionaries.” The award recognizes CRE professionals driving progress in commercial real estate through innovation, leadership and community impact.

For more than 25 years, Marc has been a positive contributor to the Los Angeles business community and the national multifamily housing market. At IMG, he plays a pivotal leadership role structuring capital stacks, guiding underwriting and due diligence, and securing debt financing for a national portfolio exceeding $1 billion in value.
Through a period of extreme interest-rate volatility, Marc successfully directed refinances for eight multifamily properties across six loan servicers. The new loans locked long-term, fixed-rate debt that supports both cash flow and operational performance. His ability to position assets effectively for financing reflects expertise in balancing investment yield with the long-term financial health of IMG’s properties.
Marc’s career spans over $2 billion in real estate transactions. Prior to joining IMG, he served as President and CEO of Pacific Equity Properties and CFO of Regent Properties, overseeing more than $1 billion in transactions nationwide. A Chartered Accountant (South Africa) and Certified Public Accountant (U.S.), Marc’s leadership has contributed to IMG’s success and growth since its founding in 2010.
