KARLA CONCHA
Finance Director
Specialized in financial reporting, loan compliance, and business process improvement, Karla Concha delivers vital leadership to IMG’s Asset Management and Accounting teams.
Karla has over a decade of experience working with both multifamily and commercial real estate investments. Before joining IMG in 2020, Karla was a team leader at Majestic Asset Management, Inc., a private firm focused on acquisitions, dispositions and operational efficiency of real estate assets.
At IMG, she oversees cash management analysis and forecasting, capital improvement schedules and financials, lender compliance, and capital draw management.
Karla holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State University, Northridge. She is Bloomberg Market Concepts (BMC) Certified and is a QuickBooks Certified ProAdvisor.
What's the best place to be when you aren't working?
On a paddleboard in Hawaii.
Who is your favorite author?
I enjoy reading Stephen King novels.
Is there a skill you’re mastering outside of work?
I’m always researching new recipes. My curiosity usually guides what I cook, though I’d say I’m heavily influenced by Asian flavors and dishes.
