ALEKS MAZUROV
Project Accountant
Aleksandr ("Aleks") Mazurov is an innovative and driven accounting professional with a diverse career background spanning 15 years.
Aleks joined IMG in 2021 as a Consultant and was quickly promoted to Project Accountant. Aleks collaborates with IMG's finance and asset management teams, clients, and vendors to facilitate lender draw packages, audit fixed asset expenses, and provide quarterly job costing reporting.
Previously, Aleks worked in various roles across the Retail, Customer Service and Healthcare sectors. He applies his accomplished experience in integrated accounting systems and database structures to the project accounting expertise he provides at IMG.
Aleks has a B.S. in Finance from Cal State University Northridge.
Where do you love to go when you're not working?
My favorite place to be is at the beach.
What skill have you mastered outside of your job that might surprise people?
I have a 3rd degree black belt in Taekwondo. I was a head Taekwondo instructor for a martial arts studio for over a decade, training students ranging in age from four to sixty-four.
Any top spots on your travel bucket list?
One place I'd love to visit is Japan.
