Targeted Growth Markets: Atlanta, Charlotte, Raleigh, South Florida, Portland, Seattle, Denver
Transaction Size: $20M – $50M
Property Size: 100 – 350 Units
Characteristics: Class A- to B-, stabilized or un-stabilized, value-add or core plus opportunities

 

Typical IMG Deal Structure

Hold Period: 3-5 years
Targeted Returns with a 5-year Hold:
•Average annual cash yield: 6.5% – 8.0%
•Equity multiple: 1.85x – 2.0x
•IRR: 14.0% – 16.0%
